SheSleep is a holistic sleep solution, supported by science and developed by sleep specialists. SheSleep is specifically designed for women, addressing insomnia, hormone balance, and overall health.
In SheSleep you can register your sleep, see detailed sleep statistics, access relaxations exercises and Yoga Nidras, receive personalized advice on how to improve your sleep and access lots of educational content. You can also share your sleep statistics with your healthcare professional if you choose so. In SheSleep you‘ll get sleep solutions tailored to women to improve sleep quality, regulate hormones, and enhance overall well-beeing. Our personalized Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) targets the root causes of your sleep troubles, helping you achieve restful nights and energized days.
SheSleep works with Apple Health compatible devices. If you‘d like to sync the data from your wearable with SheSleep, you have to first connect your device with Apple Health. Then you need give SheSleep permission to access Apple Health. SheSleep then pulls data from Apple Health directly.SheSleep will work with Google Fit compatible devices soon.
You can either fill in the sleep diary manually, or pull the sleep data from Health. If you fill in the sleep diary manually, you press the pink Sleep logo on the bottom of the home screen in SheSleep and then select „Your sleep diary“. From there you choose which date you want to fill in. In the morning diary you answer questions regarding the night. In the evening diary you answer questions regarding the day, e.g. mood, stress, exercise, naps, screen use, caffeine etc.
It's also possible to book private therapy sessions with sleep experts - you do so by navigating to Sleep features and treatment options. There you will find the link „Book a Consultation”.
